Project Manager - Architectural Solutions Join to apply for the Project Manager – Architectural Solutions role at Contemporary Office Interiors Ltd. The Project Manager – Architectural Solutions is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of specific projects while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, within scope and meet or exceed the expectations of all stakeholders. Responsibilities Work closely with management and the internal design team throughout the construction process. Simultaneously manage multiple projects from order acceptance through to project close. Represent the business interests on the job site, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish and that the installation is carried out seamlessly and up to the highest quality standards. Understand that a DIRTT project is not a product installation: work with the client from initial education through to final walkthrough. Create installation quotes. Review all production information and drawings for accuracy. Use DIRTT’s ICE® software to pull any data needed to keep the project on track. Ensure accurate site measurements, then identify and manage the scope of the project. Organize and submit orders in conjunction with the designer. Know all details of a project’s scope of work on site. Maintain close communication with onsite personnel, including the general contractor and sub‑trades. Manage submittals to the factory and schedule punch list items. Understand all local code requirements, including construction, millwork, power, and networks. Ensure DIRTT solutions are installed to specifications and quality standards. Qualifications Background in project management; problem solving, meeting client demands, and adaptability required. Detail oriented and highly organized. Project Management Certification or PMP a plus but not required. Working knowledge of construction projects and interior construction. Strong technical knowledge of building codes, product application, custom applications, pricing, and solicitation. Understanding of electricity and cabling. Strong relationship management, project management and solid administrative skills. Experience managing competing priorities and multiple internal and external stakeholders in a complex construction environment.
