ServiceNow Finance/Legal Lead

Job Title: ServiceNow Finance Lead Location: Mississauga, ON (Remote) Job Description: 15 years overall with 10 years on ServiceNow platform Experience leading onsite delivery and architecture for enterprise clients Ownership of end to end solution design estimation and delivery governance Handson configuration and review of ServiceNow workflows scripts and integrations Lead client workshops and represent offshore delivery capabilities Ensure design compliance security adherence and risk mitigation Mentor developers and leads across pods establish coding best practices Collaborate with ServiceNow product owners and stakeholders for signoff Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases and architecture standards Act as FSO architecture owner for RTR,OTC, Tax streams Expertise in architecting scalable finance solutions for multi entity organizations Experience integrating ServiceNow with finance ERP and tax engines Ability to drive finance digitalization and automation strategy Good to Have CSA CIS CTA certifications Experience across multiple modules including ITSM CSM HRSD and FSO Exposure to automation Now Assist or AI Search capabilities Experience with finance risk management and internal controls automation Job Title: ServiceNow Legal Lead Location: Mississauga, ON (Remote) Job Description: 15 years overall with 10 years on ServiceNow platform End to end solution governance for legal service delivery and compliance Ability to design enterprise level integrations and ensure security adherence Handson configuration and review of ServiceNow workflows scripts and integrations Collaborate with ServiceNow product owners and stakeholders for signoff Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases and architecture standards Own Workplace ESG roadmap with client sustainability officers Drive enterprise GRCIRM architecture and onsite client risk governance Good to have CSA CIS CTA certifications Experience across multiple modules HRSD IRM Workplace ITSM CSM HRSD and FSO Knowledge of AI Search Now Assist and advanced automation
