Assist in staffing of the operations, overnight stock team, operations leadership team, and overall execution of Sephora activities. Lead the store’s operations and ensure execution of all operations‑focused processes per company standard. Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, returning, merchandise cycle counting, and ensuring all processes meet guidelines and timeframes. Manage visual merchandising concepts and on‑stage visuals, and oversee in‑house or third‑party cleaning crews to ensure adherence to standards through feedback, coaching, and escalation. Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples for the store. Participate in performance management for the operations team, delivering timely feedback and follow‑up. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor whenever possible. Develop budget strategies and demonstrate strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and all controllable expenses.
