Their technology empowers employees to instantly retrieve, analyze, and act on business-critical knowledge across structured and unstructured data sources. Leveraging cutting-edge natural language processing and deep learning, the platform is used globally to drive digital transformation and provide secure, contextual access to information at scale. We are seeking a Solutions Engineer / Senior Solutions Engineer to join the growing team. This hybrid technical and client‑facing position is responsible for architecting, customizing, and deploying enterprise AI search solutions in complex customer environments. Depending on your level of experience, you may contribute as a key technical consultant or act as a senior lead on strategic implementations—designing solutions, guiding clients through integration, and ensuring long‑term adoption and success. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Implementation: design, deploy, and customize secure, scalable search solutions tailored to client requirements; build and configure data ingestion pipelines, APIs, and backend integrations; implement AI‑powered assistants, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering strategies; customize and extend platform UX and UI based on customer needs. Client Engagement & Enablement: act as a trusted technical advisor during all phases of the implementation lifecycle; present technical solutions to executive and stakeholder audiences; lead workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives with client teams; provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enablement. Collaboration & Leadership: partner cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to deliver high‑impact outcomes; for senior‑level candidates, mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices; participate in roadmap planning and internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, or customer‑facing engineering roles. Hands‑on experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, or similar). 1+ year of frontend experience with Angular, TypeScript, or React. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, backend integration, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with enterprise architecture, identity/security protocols, and Microsoft environments. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and oral) – required for reviewing financial statements in both languages and translating between them. Bonus Points Experience implementing enterprise search platforms. Familiarity with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or RAG. Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, or knowledge graphs. Experience working in regulated industries or with data governance/compliance frameworks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
