CAD - Cloud/SaaS/Software Licensing Lawyer Join to apply for the CAD - Cloud/SaaS/Software Licensing Lawyer role at Axiom Role Overview We are seeking a Technology, SaaS/Cloud Lawyer to work with some of the world’s largest companies across various industries. This role offers the opportunity to address complex legal challenges on a global scale. Responsibilities: Provide practical legal advice and support on international business matters in a fast-paced environment. Advise business clients directly and provide guidance on corporate policies. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ PQE with experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts including SaaS, Cloud, Software Licensing, and Confidentiality agreements. Experience in the SaaS industry and working independently and cross-functionally. Proficiency in negotiating MSAs, NDAs, order forms, DPA's, and vendor agreements. Experience managing complex projects and excellent interpersonal skills. Called to Bar in Ontario. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with internet, social media, e-commerce, and online consumer platforms. Background advising on product development, consumer protection, privacy, data security, and internet law. Experience with consumer protection issues, the Communications Decency Act, and E-Commerce Directive.
