Business System Engineer

* Conduct story-driven and data-driven analysis of business requirements within own domain (may with some guidance)* Develop comprehensive technical solution designs, encompassing conceptual, logical, and physical aspects. Utilize expertise in software development (Java, SQL, Python), database design, and software architecture (REST, event-driven, distributed systems), for middle-level domain requirements (may with some guidance).* Engages with business and IT partners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment between solutions and business needs.* Utilizing monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and debugging tools for effective production support..* Assist in developing such as data analysis prototypes and performing data migration tasks, etc., under supervision.* >1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience; Experience in ERP systems is highly desired.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related major is required.* Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.* Able to use common office equipment.* Possesses basic data entry skills.* Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.* Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.* Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language. Speaking Mandarin is a big plus to communicate with offshore developers.* Able to create and conduct formal presentations.* Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.* Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.* Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.* Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.* Able to effectively multi-task.* Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.* Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.* Able to talk on the phone (or wear a headset) for long periods of time.* Ability to stay aware and alert while performing work.* Réaliser des analyses axées sur les récits opérationnels et les données dans son propre domaine (avec un certain encadrement au besoin).* Développer des conceptions techniques complètes incluant les aspects conceptuels, logiques et physiques. Utiliser une expertise en développement logiciel (Java, SQL, Python), en conception de bases de données et en architecture logicielle (REST, systèmes événementiels, systèmes distribués) pour répondre à des exigences de niveau intermédiaire (avec un certain encadrement).* Collaborer avec les partenaires d’affaires et TI afin de clarifier les exigences et assurer l’alignement entre les solutions et les besoins.* Utiliser des outils de surveillance, journalisation, dépannage et débogage pour assurer un soutien efficace en production.* Contribuer au développement de prototypes d’analyse de données et à des tâches de migration sous supervision.* 1 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente; une expérience dans un sous-système ERP d’approvisionnement est fortement souhaitée.* Baccalauréat en informatique, TI, mathématiques ou domaine connexe requis.* Capacité à exécuter des instructions et demander des clarifications au besoin.* Capacité à utiliser l’équipement de bureau courant.* Compétences de base en saisie de données.* Capacité à effectuer des calculs mathématiques complexes.* Capacité à communiquer clairement et transmettre l’information nécessaire.* Capacité à converser et rédiger efficacement en anglais et dans une autre langue locale/régionale.
