True North Cannabis Co. and True North Vapes seek a part-time Sales Associate for customer-focused retail service. Use communication, sales, product knowledge, and POS skills to support purchasing decisions. The work includes regulated cannabis, vaping, tobacco, and accessory sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and create knowledgeable, welcoming shopping experiences
- Recommend products and promote accessories toward sales goals
- Verify identification and enforce minimum age requirements
- Process transactions using approved POS systems
- Receive inventory, stock shelves, and maintain displays
Requirements:
- Passion for retail sales, customer service, and cannabis learning
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and product recommendation abilities
- Basic math skills and transaction or cash-handling experience
- Valid AGCO-approved CannSell or equivalent certification
- Flexible evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended-shift availability
