Overview TD Private Wealth Management provides highly personalized advice and solutions to high‑value clients. The PIA Client Service Associate works front‑line with Investment Advisors to support client relationships and portfolio administration. Responsibilities Prepare documentation and updates to Investment Advisors in preparation for client meetings. Create client account reports and communicate product information to clients, identifying referral opportunities. Accept and create leads, ensuring correct referral coding and administration. Submit marketing pieces for approval, compile client information packages, and maintain marketing materials. Adhere to compliance requirements for new and existing account documentation and marketing materials. Respond to phone, mail, and electronic inquiries, providing a high level of client service based on full brokerage knowledge. Deliver a ‘gold standard’ client experience at every interaction, prioritizing and handling own work discreetly. Maintain risk‑management culture by following all policies and procedures. Use insights to continually improve individual and team performance for clients. Collaborate as a team member, improving knowledge and keeping others informed about status, progress, issues, or related activities. Qualifications Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred. Willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) to become licensed with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) within 6 months. Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, and work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently.
