This is a fantastic opportunity to be the initial customer support for the branch by greeting and directing customers, answering phone calls, and performing a full range of clerical and support activities. You get to deliver quality work in one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations. Creating positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, greet customers, and direct to proper parties in a professional and timely manner Prepare cash/bank deposits and reconciliations Prepare standard letters, documents, or training material Order and maintain office supplies Arrange catering for events/meetings Maintain customer lounge/coffee areas Process Sales Department documents including lien searches, buyouts, funding, leases, and cash deals Participate in regular inventory tracking Assist other departments as required including room booking/preparation, event planning Requirements Have exceptional customer service skills, and high level of confidentiality Administrative expertise and knowledge of office procedures Knowledge of cash handling, and general accounting processes Are a self-starter with ability to organize and multitask Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office High school/equivalent education, Business or Admin certificate would be an asset CONNECT with us today Whether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge Our 18 locations across Saskatchewan and Manitoba offer endless opportunities for you to GROW .
