Office Locations: Montreal - QC or Waterloo - ON or Toronto - ON Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from Home. Remote working option is not available. Position Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio with a specific focus Model Driven apps and Dataverse. Leverage Dynamics 365 / Power Platform capabilities to streamline business processes and enhance user experiences. Design, implement, and integrate RESTful APIs and third‑party services. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure functions and logic apps for enhanced functionality. Implement responsive, user‑friendly interface. Mentor and support junior developers within the Team, fostering a collaborative and growth oriented environment. Provide guidance on coding standards, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with clients and internal partners to gather requirements and scope solutions. Required Qualifications At least 8+ years of IT industry experience Must have 5 years+ knowledge within Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Proven track record of design and delivery of moderately complex projects. Experience with C#, ASP .NET, CSS, JavaScript, Python, T‑SQL, PowerShell, GIT, PowerFX. Experience with Azure functions, web applications, storage, logic apps, key vault, service buses, Identity Services, Graph, DevOps and GitHub. Have a security‑first approach, covering confidentiality, integrity and availability. Experience within DevOps software development and/or operations involving DevOps tools and ways of working. Commercial experience developing cloud native applications. Experience in emigrating legacy platforms into the cloud. Working with a quality first approach - performance testing, integration testing and unit testing.
