Salesforce Software Engineer

We are looking for skilled Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Functional Experts with expertise in QTC (Quote-to-Cash), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), RFQ (Request for Quote), and OTC (Order-to-Cash) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Salesforce development and administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and managing Salesforce environments. Key Responsibilities Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Implement and manage Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Provide functional expertise in Salesforce QTC, CPQ, RFQ, and OTC to support business processes and requirements. Perform data migration, integration, and deployment activities. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Administration: Perform regular system maintenance, including user account management, data integrity, and security settings. Configure and manage Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules. Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions. Manage and optimize Salesforce processes, including automation, approval processes, and custom objects. Perform regular system maintenance, including data backups, system updates, and security audits. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to ensure optimal performance and utilization. Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues. Provide end-user training and support, including creating and maintaining documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and best practices. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable. Preferred Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
