Director, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth) Join Jerry as a Director, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth) driver of our core insurance business scalability. The role reports directly to the VP of Insurance Operations and owns the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry's quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance. You will work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and analytics, creating a seamless user experience and ensuring ongoing carrier success to drive critical outcomes for our insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, conversion). About Jerry: a pre‑IPO startup with $240 M in funding, 60X revenue growth in 5 years, and a $2 T market opportunity. We aim to scale from 5 M to 50 M customers and become a $10 B business while building the first super app for car ownership. Work closely with leaders from firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Nvidia, Lemonade, GEICO, Amazon. Disrupt a massive market and help grow Jerry to a $10 B business. Preferred Experience Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research). 7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG). Track record of hiring and managing high‑performing teams. Who You Are A structured framework for problem‑solving and live by first principles. Comfortable communicating with audiences ranging from technical stakeholders and business partners to the C‑suite.
