SAP S/4 HANA Order to Cash Functional Consultant

Remote work (candidates must be located in Canada with valid work authorization/PR/Citizen)

Duration: 6 months with extension

Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable SAP S/4 HANA Order to Cash Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing and implementing SAP S/4 HANA solutions to optimize and streamline the order-to-cash process. Your duties will include analyzing business needs, designing customized SAP solutions, and ensuring the effective integration of these solutions into existing business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure the SAP S/4 HANA SD module to accommodate the company's order-to-cash process.
  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into SAP solutions.
  • Conduct system configuration and develop specification documents for custom developments.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and provide solutions in SAP.
  • Create functional specifications, testing plans, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with other SAP team members and participate in project planning and coordination.
  • Maintain and update the SAP SD module to reflect changes in company processes and policies.
  • Support end users in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the SAP SD module.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure functionality and end-user satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), including at least 2+ years on SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring SAP SD Module for order types, contract management, pricing, taxation, billing, item categories, and logistics execution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP S/4 HANA Certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of underlying business processes related to SAP S/4 HANA SD module.
