We are currently seeking a talented mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join our client’s highly regarded Litigation Department in the Vancouver office. The selected candidate will benefit from advanced training, dedicated mentoring, and significant exposure to a diverse range of clients and cases. Responsibilities Responsibilities include contributing to the commercial litigation practice by handling a varied caseload, supporting senior lawyers, and actively participating in client matters with initiative and professionalism. Qualifications 3 to 6 years of post-call experience in commercial litigation, preferably from a national law firm or a reputable regional firm. Candidates with a combination of in-house and private practice experience will also be considered. Above-average academic credentials reflecting a strong foundation in legal principles and practices. A proactive approach to responsibilities, demonstrating a willingness to take initiative in various projects and cases. Strong analytical capabilities, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective drafting and client interactions. A client-service orientation with exceptional interpersonal skills, ensuring positive relationships with clients and colleagues. A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-oriented environment while contributing to the overall success of the department. Must be qualified to practice law in Canada.
