Required Skill Sets Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments. Perform server deployment, patching, and upgrades to ensure system reliability. Manage Active Directory and Azure AD for identity and access management. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Implement security best practices and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure planning and optimization. Provide technical support and documentation for operational processes. Desired Skill Sets Qualifications Proven experience as a Windows Administrator in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Windows Server setup, deployment, and maintenance. Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper‑V, VMware) is a plus. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Ability to work in both onshore and offshore team setups. Note TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation. This posting is for a current vacancy.
