Required Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance roles. Expertise in functional testing, test case design, and execution across complex enterprise systems. Proven ability to drive stakeholder discussions, clarify requirements, and manage expectations. Strong understanding of QE methodologies, defect lifecycle, and risk-based testing approaches. Hands-on with SQL and ETL testing. Skilled in organizing and leading meetings, driving consensus, and reporting effectively. Domain knowledge in financial services or enterprise systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and working with distributed teams. Nice to Have:Exposure to Azure Cloud tools and environments. Experience with software development concepts and tools like GitHub.
