In this role, you will ensure that customers enjoy a positive shopping experience by keeping shelves stocked and responding to their needs. You will maintain product displays to meet company standards and assist with accurate inventory management. This position encourages motivated individuals who are eager to learn while being part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintain and stock product displays in the bakery
• Ensure accurate product scanning at checkout
• Assist with ordering and inventory identification
• Keep department areas tidy while ensuring safety standards
Requirements:
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Attention to detail in all tasks
• Courteous in resolving customer questions
• No previous experience required, training provided
