Support GEOX retail operations as a part time Key Holder, combining inventory management, cash office accuracy, and organized store execution.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage essential sales and store operations while supporting customer experience. This Key Holder follows inventory procedures, protects store assets, maintains health and safety standards, and keeps operational areas organized. The position also supports sales opportunities and store communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute inventory consolidations, recalls, markdowns, and receiving
- Maintain accurate inventory movements, damages, and mismates
- Follow loss prevention and cash management procedures
- Maintain health, safety, and ladder safety standards
- Organize stockrooms, cash desks, and operational areas
Requirements:
- Minimum two years in the retail industry
- Fashion apparel or footwear experience preferably
- High School or College Degree, or equivalent experience
- Organizational skills for multiple tasks and deadlines
- Understanding of retail metrics and business decisions
Use inventory, cash management, and organizational skills to maintain reliable GEOX store operations as a Key Holder.
