Advise businesspeople, entrepreneurs, and families through Canadian immigration with strategic applications, legal writing, and client communication. This role is with Sobirovs Law Firm.
As an Immigration Lawyer, you will manage business and employer-driven immigration files while becoming a trusted client advisor. The work includes application packages, persuasive submissions, plain-English strategy explanations, and procedural risk management. You will also help improve systems and the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare work permits, LMIA, C11, C10, Start-Up Visa, and PNP applications
- Draft persuasive submissions tailored to each client’s story
- Explain immigration strategies clearly and empathetically
- Manage files from intake through submission with team support
- Identify procedural risks and propose proactive solutions
Requirements:
- Two to three years of Canadian immigration law experience
- Business or economic immigration experience, especially valued
- Strong legal writing and drafting skills
- Clear, warm, and reliable client communication
- Proactive, client-focused, and growth-oriented approach
