Oversee controllership, consolidations, close, intercompany accounting, and balance sheet governance Accelerate close cycles and reduce manual intervention Lead ERP, consolidation, reporting, and workflow system modernization Drive automation, analytics, and AI adoption across finance processes Own SOX and ICFR risk assessment, testing, and remediation Requirements:
15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Active CPA designation or equivalent with public-company experience Deep expertise in IFRS, U.S. GAAP, close, and consolidations Experience leading major finance transformation or ERP implementations Exceptional judgment, executive presence, and communication skills Shape BRNA’s accounting transformation through controllership, SOX, automation, systems implementation, and high-quality financial reporting.
