Bell is seeking a Senior Manager to manage national training programs from their Toronto or Montreal locations. You will set strategic training direction, oversee program execution, and partner with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role demands expertise in digital learning, team leadership, and innovative training methodologies.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop training strategies aligned with workforce needs • Oversee training program lifecycle from needs assessment to improvement • Collaborate with Operations and subject matter experts • Facilitate adoption of new technologies and processes • Measure training effectiveness with data and feedback
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • Experience leading complex training in large organizations • Strong project management and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI technologies • Bilingual in French and English for Quebec roles
