Lead plumbing and mechanical systems at Rogers Place while coordinating event support and maintaining safe, compliant, event-ready facilities across Edmonton’s ICE District.
OEG Sports & Entertainment seeks a Plumbing Supervisor for Rogers Place, Ice District, and Fan Park. You will oversee daily operations, preventative maintenance, computerized maintenance records, purchasing, inventory, and emergency response. The role supervises part-time plumbers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plumbing and mechanical system functionality and daily operations
- Coordinate plumbing support for Rogers Place, Ice District, and Fan Park events
- Maintain procedures, maintenance programs, work orders, and service records
- Supervise plumbers, contractors, training, coaching, and performance
- Provide on-call support and lead corrective action when required
Requirements:
- Valid Province of Alberta Journeyman Plumbing certificate
- High School or Technical School diploma, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of codes, fire, health, and OH&S requirements
- Team leadership experience in skilled trades or facilities maintenance
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours
