Principal Engineer for Agentic AI Systems

You will act as a vision setter for next-gen AI technologies. The role focuses on crafting high-performance environments for Agentic RL, identifying industry challenges, and fostering academic engagements. Your influence will extend through impactful research and system deployments.

Key Responsibilities
• Define strategies for deep learning architectures
• Develop agent training substrates for large-scale systems
• Address communication and learning efficiency issues
• Drive collaborations across academia and industry
• Implement evaluation frameworks for large-scale deployments

Requirements:
• MS or PhD in a relevant discipline
• Expertise in reinforcement learning and optimization
• Experience in building distributed ML training systems
• Strong coding skills, especially in Python or C++
• Significant research contributions or patents Advance the future of AI by orchestrating the development of robust, distributed systems for next-generation Agentic technologies.
