Lead financial strategy and long-term planning for sustainable growth Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance reporting Evaluate capital projects, expansion opportunities, and financing options Ensure accurate statements, controls, compliance, and risk management Lead and develop the finance team across departments Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience Strong planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management background Experience evaluating investments, financing structures, and growth opportunities MBA or CPA designation preferred Bring executive finance leadership, investment insight, and strategic planning expertise to a growing resort organization.
