Lead strategy execution through business transformation, performance management, and program leadership across interconnected organizational functions. As Senior Director, Product & Business Operations, you will convert long-term goals into priorities, outcomes, and accountable execution. The work spans strategic planning, operating rhythms, decision support, organizational transformation, and initiatives involving product, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales. Key Responsibilities:

Translate long-term goals into actionable priorities and measurable outcomes Drive accountability and resolve execution issues promptly Champion process simplification, automation, and AI-enabled workflows Coordinate product introductions, production ramps, and cost initiatives Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies Requirements:

15+ years of relevant business or operations leadership experience Demonstrated cross-functional initiative leadership across multiple organizations Ability to drive performance through data, metrics, and discipline Strong planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and performance management experience MBA or advanced technical degree preferred Bring disciplined strategy execution, transformation leadership, and data-driven decision support to complex business priorities and growth objectives.
