Oversee regional logistics, warehousing, inventory, and last-mile delivery Develop strategies improving efficiency, costs, and delivery times Manage third-party logistics providers and operational partners Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement corrective actions Lead distributed staff and coordinate cross-functional departments Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business, or related field Seven to nine years' progressive operations management experience Strong e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain background Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, WMS, TMS, and analytics tools Excellent leadership, communication, and remote collaboration abilities Apply regional operations leadership, logistics expertise, and data analysis to improve fulfillment performance across a remote e-commerce business.
