Lead global wholesale ERP strategy, governance, and technology roadmaps Analyze root causes, process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Manage teams implementing system and process changes Translate business requirements into scalable operational solutions Establish governance, documentation, and operating procedures Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, technology management, commerce, or related discipline Seven or more years supporting operations, technology, systems, or program management Experience leading technology-enabled initiatives through implementation and adoption Experience managing people, vendors, technology partners, and relationships Working knowledge of ERP, workflow, CRM, or related technologies Bring strategic systems leadership, process improvement, analytical thinking, and change management to Arc'teryx Wholesale Operations.
