As a Proposal Specialist, you will support Pomerleau's operational team in managing the RFQ/RFP process for significant building and infrastructure projects. Your role requires creating structured responses, coordinating meetings, and developing tailored content that highlights Pomerleau's high standards. Strong project management and exceptional writing skills are essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Analyze RFQ/RFP requests and tailor responses • Manage proposal schedules and compliance checklists • Lead bid team meetings to strategize winning themes • Create high-quality, persuasive proposal content • Maintain communication with subject matter experts
Requirements: • Experience in engineering or construction proposal management • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively • Strong writing skills with attention to detail • Proficient with SharePoint and MS Office Suite • Knowledge of design-build proposals is a plus
