WSP, a leading engineering firm, is looking for a Project Controls Manager with extensive experience in managing projects in the mining and industrial sector. This senior role entails coordinating project control activities, acting as a key client interface, and advising on technical project issues. Your expertise will support the delivery of complex projects while mentoring junior staff to foster team growth.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical expertise and solutions for project challenges • Oversee project controls for multidisciplinary ERI projects • Collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively • Perform budget, schedule, and contract management tasks • Address quality issues and support business development efforts
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or project management • Minimum 20 years of project management experience • ASP Construction card required for occasional travel • Bilingual in English and French for communication • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and project coding structures
