Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Kubernetes / Cloud Platform Engineer for a 1-year contract opportunity. This role can be fully remote across Canada and will support the deployment, administration, automation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise Kubernetes environments across public cloud and on-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Kubernetes expertise, advanced troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work effectively within a global 24x7 support model. Skills and Requirements
8–10 years of relevant infrastructure/cloud engineering experience Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience, including AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, and/or on-prem Kubernetes Strong Kubernetes troubleshooting and production support experience Terraform for Infrastructure as Code Kubernetes networking, ingress controllers, load balancing, RBAC, network policies, and container security Experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP Python, Bash/Shell, and/or PowerShell scripting CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps or GitLab Strong communication and documentation skills Red Hat OpenShift experience Argo CD experience Admission controllers and Kubernetes policy tooling Ansible/configuration management experience Kubernetes certification We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
