The position encompasses corporate accounting, property accounting, and hotel financial reporting, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Oversee month-end, year-end closures, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards
• Monitor property-level financial performance and budgets
• Guide development team in accurate project cost reporting

Requirements:
• CPA designation is mandatory
• Minimum of 7 years in accounting and finance leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
