Guidewire experience drives this Senior Business Systems Analyst role with CGL, supporting complex solutions in a hybrid model with two office days.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will connect business stakeholders and IT teams across Property & Casualty. You will translate requirements into client-focused system solutions while contributing to diverse initiatives. The position uses Agile practices, data analysis, and business applications knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discussions to document and validate complex business requirements
- Guide technical design solution assessment and selection
- Perform data analysis, modeling, mapping, and flow activities
- Develop user acceptance test plans and lead testing activities
- Improve BSA practices, processes, and team guidance
Requirements:
- Five years of Information Technology or related experience
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or related discipline
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter
- Advanced Agile, SDLC, planning, and Lean process knowledge
- Professional English proficiency for complex documentation and communication
