RSM seeks a skilled supervisor to lead financial due diligence efforts for clients in both US and international markets. Collaborate with C-level executives and various teams while preparing detailed financial analyses to guide acquisition decisions. This role demands a proactive approach in communicating and networking to deliver effective solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct financial due diligence for acquisition clients • Engage with clients and executives during meetings • Prepare in-depth financial analyses for decision-making • Utilize various financial software tools effectively • Collaborate with tax, audit, and consulting teams
Requirements: • 4-7 years of financial consulting experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Preferred: CPA certification • Strong project management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
