Build qualified pipeline at Botpress through ABM and multi-channel demand generation. Lead experimentation for larger accounts, including enterprise, in a sales-led motion.
As Demand Generation Lead, you will make Botpress’s sales-led acquisition repeatable. You will create demand for target accounts through events, paid media, direct mail, gifting, outbound inputs, and account-based marketing. The role combines strategic judgment with hands-on execution across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead invite-only events and conference-adjacent experiences
- Build ABM plays for named accounts
- Manage paid media on a small budget
- Own targeting, segments, messaging, and outbound content
- Direct the acquisition experiment portfolio and vendors
Requirements:
- Curiosity and ability to form strategic points of view
- High follow-through and consistent execution
- Ability to delegate effectively to agencies and teammates
- Deep expertise in one channel and flexibility across others
- Strong use of AI in thinking, processes, and agents
