Key Responsibilities
• Lead reserve fund studies per Ontario Regulation 48/01
• Perform building condition assessments and site inspections
• Prepare capital cost estimates and cash flow projections
• Produce detailed technical reports with findings
• Manage project scope, schedule, and stakeholder coordination

Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Building Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience
• Knowledge of Ontario Regulation 48/01
• Experience with building system assessments
• Valid driver's license and travel willingness Contribute to asset management excellence with your expertise in building assessments and project delivery at Egis.
