In this key role, you will harness over 3 years of AI transformation experience to create impactful training strategies and programs. Your mission is to foster a culture of AI-native practices among teams while measuring effectiveness and progress towards goals. Collaboration with the AI Transformation Office will be critical as you build the foundational frameworks of this role and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives among practitioners.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement AI-native training strategies • Design various training modalities: self-paced, in-person, and facilitated • Create practical projects using real-world data for learning • Lead training sessions focusing on SDLC AI-native practices • Coordinate the AI Transformation Office’s champion network
Requirements: • Over 3 years of AI transformation experience • Mastery of AI-native practices and SDLC • Proven curriculum design and educational engineering skills • Bilingual in French and English • Experience with certification programs from Google, Microsoft, etc.
