We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to handle multiple residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and effective communication while supervising personnel, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. You will also be responsible for protecting job costs and meeting customer needs through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage field personnel and equipment logistics • Coordinate multiple residential and commercial projects • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and insurance companies • Oversee quality by visiting job sites as needed • Schedule daily work orders and manage restoration tasks
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years' experience in restoration or construction • Comprehensive understanding of safety plans • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry management systems • Ability to handle customer complaints effectively • Strong team collaboration skills
