Build enterprise budgeting models with Anaplan for the City of Toronto at Metro Hall, supporting financial planning modernization on a full-time schedule. The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance – Anaplan Model Builder supports the Budget Tool Revitalization project. You will translate business requirements into scalable models for operating and capital planning. The work includes collaboration with Financial Planning, subject matter experts, technology teams, vendors, and an external implementation partner. Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable Anaplan models for operating and capital planning Gather, refine, and validate cross-functional business requirements Build lists, modules, dashboards, and complex Anaplan formulas Support development, testing, migration, and production deployment Prepare reports, briefing notes, presentations, and recommendations Requirements:

Degree in finance, business, computer science, information systems, or related discipline Hands-on Anaplan model-building experience for budgeting and forecasting Anaplan Professional Associate Model Builder Level 1 and Level 2 certification Experience translating business requirements into data models Ability to manage Anaplan Data Hub integrations and data flows Apply Anaplan modeling, financial planning, data integration, and communication expertise to Toronto’s enterprise budgeting transformation.
