Key Responsibilities: • Lead the Platform Operations team to achieve optimal performance • Oversee environments in AWS and on-premises with compliance • Plan the platform roadmap, prioritizing operational backlogs • Automate and optimize deployments with the Engineering team • Drive continuous improvement in solutions and system reliability

Requirements: • 8+ years as a DevOps Engineer • 3+ years in a Team Lead or Technical Lead role • Proficient in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform • Knowledgeable in Oracle databases and PostgreSQL • Bilingual in English and functional French
