Develop long-term land strategies supporting future civic projects Oversee property acquisition, disposition, leasing, and conveyancing Advise leadership and Council on real estate decisions Maintain the City's Land Inventory System Develop policies governing municipal land assets Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in real estate or related discipline Significant experience in acquisition, development, and property management AACI or R.I. (B.C.) designation Knowledge of legislation, appraisal, valuation, and property law Valid British Columbia driver's license Apply strategic leadership, negotiation, valuation, and land management expertise to advance Maple Ridge's corporate objectives.
