Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of staff and volunteers
• Foster relationships with international TeenStreet networks
• Collaborate with mobilization teams for shared goals
• Ensure financial sustainability efforts for the event

Requirements:
• Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Proven experience managing diverse teams and projects
• Excellent communication and networking abilities
• Willingness to travel regularly for event needs
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus Lead TeenStreet Europe with passion and innovative strategies for community impact and youth engagement.
