Lead North American ethics and compliance programs Conduct partner, supplier, and customer due diligence Manage corruption risks, investigations, training, and awareness Advise teams on conflicts of interest and ethics Liaise with regulatory authorities across applicable jurisdictions Requirements:
Law degree and Canadian or United States bar membership Eight to fifteen years of relevant experience Experience in ethics, compliance, investigations, and risk management Knowledge of anti-corruption and third-party risk frameworks Professional English fluency and willingness to travel ten percent Bring legal judgment, compliance expertise, and influencing skills to strengthen integrity across Alstom’s North American mobility operations.
