Plan department goals and objectives with senior sales leadership Support sales staff performance, morale, and product knowledge Handle customer complaints and protect customer satisfaction Assign staff efficiently and meet expected customer demand Report performance achievements and control department operations Requirements:
Three to five years of automotive management experience Retail motor vehicle sales experience OMVIC Certification and dealer CRM experience Business Administration degree or diploma Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record Bring automotive leadership, sales accountability, customer service, and OMVIC compliance to Planet Ford’s used vehicle department.
