As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you'll lead teams focused on enhancing talent strategies, collaborating with senior leaders to align business priorities with hiring needs. By leveraging data and technology, you'll shape talent acquisition initiatives that foster high-performing teams and address complex recruitment challenges.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead talent acquisition delivery across North America and EMEA • Coach and develop team leads to achieve goals • Monitor hiring demand and candidate experience • Establish consistent operating reviews for performance • Integrate recruitment data to improve outcomes
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience • 10+ years in progressive Talent Acquisition roles • Proven leadership in multi-region environments • Strong knowledge of workforce planning and candidate experience • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
