In the role of Project Manager, you will manage significant civil construction projects across Southern Ontario with Demathieu Bard. Reporting to the Vice President, you will ensure quality execution, negotiate contracts, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your strong leadership will guide project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Guarantee projects align with budgets and client expectations • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans • Supervise quality assurance and compliance metrics • Engage directly with clients and project stakeholders • Direct site management and operational evaluations
Requirements: • A degree in engineering or civil construction • PMP certification from PMI • 15 years experience in heavy civil project management • Strong competence in managing large budgets • Proven leadership and team management skills
