Key Responsibilities
• Handle the full lifecycle of purchase orders efficiently
• Coordinate delivery confirmations and issue resolutions with vendors
• Proactively monitor and expedite orders for timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams on inventory controls
• Keep comprehensive records of procurement activities
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related fields
• 2-5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems essential
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
