In this pivotal role, you’ll manage daily investment operations, including trade operations and client reporting for a nationwide wealth management business. You will guide a team of 3-5 professionals, ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include monitoring operational risks, developing robust procedures, and responding to complex operational challenges within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily investment operations across partner offices • Oversee tax reporting activities and client inquiries • Own governance frameworks for client reporting • Coordinate operational technology enhancements and vendor relations • Lead incident responses and operational projects
Requirements: • 8+ years in wealth or asset management • Strong analytical and communication skills • Knowledge of NBIN, D1g1t, and investment regulations • Proven leadership experience in project management • Familiarity with U.S. custodial operations is a plus
