In this challenging role, you will lead Hatch’s global AI-driven process control and optimization practice, particularly in mining operations. You will integrate advanced analytics, machine learning, and control theory while establishing best practices for delivering impactful digital solutions. This position requires hands-on operational experience and expertise in optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead development of AI-driven optimization practices globally • Integrate advanced analytics and machine learning methodologies • Execute proof-of-value studies for measurable performance • Conduct site visits to assess operational constraints • Develop technical white papers and case studies
Requirements: • Hands-on experience in mining and metals operations • Strong understanding of business value drivers • Experience in Level 1/2 process control systems • Familiarity with industrial IT/OT architectures • Proven consulting skills and stakeholder engagement
