Key Responsibilities
• Review and draft commercial agreements aligned with business goals
• Engage with teams to clarify contract terms and strategy
• Support internal approval and risk assessment for agreements
• Lead contract negotiations with clients effectively
• Advise on daily legal questions across various business areas
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business/commercial law
• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proficient in contract drafting and negotiation
• Strong business acumen with a solution-oriented mindset Contribute to powerful governance and legal frameworks at Hitachi Energy Canada.
