Lead municipal civil engineering projects with technical analysis and design expertise at CJA, using a flexible hybrid work schedule across three offices. As a Project Manager and Civil Engineer, you will help develop CJA’s municipal engineering service. You will determine client needs, design civil works, prepare technical documents, and support construction activities. The position involves coordinating technicians and support designers. Key Responsibilities:

Determine client needs and establish assignment scopes Design various municipal civil engineering works Conduct technical analyses and write reports Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates Inspect construction sites and provide technical support Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering More than seven years of civil engineering experience French proficiency, spoken and written Autonomy, initiative, and strong attention to detail Team spirit; pump systems and Civil 3D are assets Apply your municipal engineering, project management, and technical coordination expertise while helping develop CJA’s civil engineering service.
